How the math was modelled:
- Conservative scenario: 10% of booked calls convert to paying clients, average recovered value per converted client = £1,000 → 73 booked × 10% = 7.3 → ~7 clients × £1,000 ≈ £7,000 (this is a lower bound for illustration).
- ROYA example scenario (used in this case template): 50% of booked calls convert, average recovered value per client = £2,000 → 73 × 50% = 36.5 → ~36 clients × £2,000 = £72,000 (rounded to £73k in headline).
- Upside scenario: 80% of booked calls convert, average value £5,000 → 73 × 0.8 = 58.4 → ~58 clients × £5,000 ≈ £292,000 (rounded into headline range up to £365k if larger average case values or retained revenue calculations included).
Why this worked:
- Fresh conversational tone + single-step reply lowered friction.
- Booking link removed back-and-forth and plugged into the agent’s calendar.
- Offers were time-limited (first 50 bookings get fast-track advisor) which increased urgency.
